Since opening the Aylesbury Waterside Theatre, we have presented a diverse range of acts, from Paul Weller to Gary Barlow, Tom Allen to Katherine Ryan, and SIX to The Full Monty. Our programme includes great theatre such as An Inspector Calls and The Play That Goes Wrong, alongside tribute shows and engaging family theatre. We welcome over 200,000 visitors annually to more than 300 events.
As Senior Technician, you will play a pivotal role within a dynamic and fast-paced receiving house, providing clear leadership to the venue's casual technical workforce. Your responsibilities will include guiding the team through fit-ups, performances, and get-outs, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will lead a diverse team of casual technicians, fostering a culture of precision and professionalism, and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. Your attention to detail will set a standard for excellence, ensuring each production is executed with care and pride. Additionally, you will collaborate with the in-house technical team to maintain a safe working environment, contribute to risk management, and uphold the venue’s high standards of presentation.
