Position: Senior Technician
Location: Milton Keynes - MK4 3FU
Shift patterns:
Monday-Friday. Evening shift only (15:00-23:00)
Contract Type:
Permanent (Full-Time)

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  • Perform repair tasks on various equipment and parts.
  • Manage staging processes to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Configure equipment and parts according to specifications.
  • Execute picking and packing tasks using a modern Workshop/Warehouse Management system.
  • Ensure the Health & Safety of all employees by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Operate customer management systems to track and manage orders and customer interactions.
  • Measure accuracy in relation to productivity to ensure high-quality output.
  • Train Technician colleagues on various tasks, procedures and provide coaching and support for continuous improvement and skill development.

  • IT literate, with proficiency in using various software and hardware tools relevant to the role.
