Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a Senior Technician in the Quality Assurance Department at NHSS PSS, based at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee. The role requires graduates with a science degree or equivalent qualification/experience and focuses on testing, documentation, and calibration within a GMP/GLP environment.

Hours are 36 per week, Monday to Friday. The post supports NHS Scotland’s commitment to quality and patient safety across UK hospitals and community pharmacies.

Qualifications

• Post holders must be graduates with a relevant science degree or have an equivalent qualification or experience.
• Experience and knowledge of GMP and GLP is essential.

• Documentation and reporting of test results.
• Review and checking of production documentation.
