Our Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to create content for a ServiceNow chatbot implementation.

The successful candidate will be developing content and integrating a ServiceNow chatbot/virtual agent, ensuring seamless functionality and user-friendly content.

Full time, % remote

Responsibilities include:

• Writing and organizing questions and answers for the chatbot
• Develop and curate content for the ServiceNow chatbot, including writing questions and corresponding answers.
• Create and manage a comprehensive chatbot database.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth integration of the chatbot with various platforms (websites, Azure, MS Teams).
• Provide technical writing expertise to support the overall chatbot/virtual agent development process.
• Utilize knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM solutions to optimize chatbot performance.
• Ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
• experience developing swim lanes, process flow diagrams of workflow of various processes or tasks

Must Haves:

• 8+ Years experience as a technical writer
• 4+ Years experience creating content for chatbots .
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and its chatbot/virtual agent functionalities.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with integration tools and methods for platforms like websites, Azure, and MS Teams.
