Job DescriptionSenior Technical Transformation Project Manager - Modular Platforms
Location: Nottingham, UK
Start date: 01/09/2025 – 31/03/2026
Rate: £ tbc
Hours: 37.50 per week

Key Job Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Management:


  • Deliver projects to agreed parameters (scope, time, budget, quality).

  • Define and manage resources and project plans.

  • Monitor and report on risks, issues, dependencies, and variances.

  • Review outcomes and continuously improve delivery processes.

Operational Assurance:


  • Establish and maintain formal assurance practices.

  • Conduct reviews and audits, identify issues, and provide remedial actions.

  • Monitor overall portfolio health and provide performance insights.

Customer Focus:


  • Promote a customer-first mindset across delivery.

  • Ensure projects deliver positive client and consumer outcomes.

  • Strive to exceed customer expectations.

People & Performance:


  • Lead and mentor project team members (indirectly).

  • Encourage high performance and a can-do culture.

  • Support performance management through project-based objectives.

Governance & Risk:


  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks.

  • Promote awareness and adherence to company policies and operating models.
