Very Group is seeking a Senior Technical Systems Analyst to join the Architecture team, shaping technology solutions for our Logistics & Fulfilment landscape. You will translate architectural designs into detailed, build-ready specifications for engineering teams, ensuring scalable and high-quality delivery.

We seek a candidate with strong analytical ability, deep systems design knowledge, and experience in multi-system environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Technical Systems Analysis, Systems Design or similar roles.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality functional specifications and data mapping docs.
• Strong knowledge of systems analysis methodologies and integration approaches.

Responsibilities

• Translate solution architecture into detailed, implementable specifications.
• Create and maintain functional specifications and interface contracts.
• Define data mappings, transformation logic and validation rules.
• Support delivery teams with clear requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct impact assessments across systems and data models.
• Ensure traceability across requirements and designs.
• Collaborate with Architects to align with enterprise standards.
• Work with Engineering and QA to ensure testable, robust solutions.
• Contribute to data governance considerations and GDPR/PII.
