How You Will Contribute:
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you’ll work at the front line of network problem-solving, owning the resolution of complex issues raised by customers and filed teams. You’ll collaborate with R&D and engineering groups (Field Support, PLMS, Product Architects, etc.) to troubleshoot, test, and improve network products, ensuring reliable performance across:
