Job description

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for system-level analog mixed signal verification and power integrity for future generations of microcontrollers and wireless products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead or contribute to sub-system and chip-level AMS and spice simulations for SoCs.
  2. Collaborate closely with SoC design, architecture, and analog design teams.
  3. Review and understand SoC specifications and requirements.
  4. Plan and review AMS and PI/SI simulations with SoC teams.
  5. Develop and improve AMS and PI/SI methodologies and flows.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE or EC, with 15+ years of experience.
  • Experience with sub-system and chip-level AMS and spice simulations.
  • Strong understanding of analog IPs such as Buck, LDO, ADC/DAC, PLL, BG, etc.
  • Proficiency in circuit simulation tools like Cadence, Questa ADMS, Spectre, HSPICE, or equivalent.
  • Experience in debugging silicon issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global team.

Preferred:

  • Experience in spice simulations and circuit-level debugging.
  • Experience with chip-level PI/SI simulations.
  • Knowledge of IO functionalities, especially DDR.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PERL, SKILL, TCL, or equivalents.
