Overview

Senior Technical Service Manager needed on a permanent basis in Islington, Central London close to Camden Town, Westminster, Hackney, Paddington, Chelsea and Whitechapel. My client is a highly accomplished Fit-Out company working on mainly High End Residential projects and Super Prime Hotels.

Responsibilities

• Provide MEP Technical Services support across all aspects of the project from Pre-tender through to Testing, Commissioning, Demonstrations, Handover and Practical Completion.
• Lead by example and take full ownership of the MEP Technical Services packages whilst reporting to the Project/Contracts Manager (PM/CM), who has overall responsibility for the project.
• Assist the PM/CM to manage the construction programme throughout the life cycle of the project including regular progress updates/droplines - particularly all MEP aspects of the project.
• Ensure Company Procedures, 14001 Environmental, 9001 Quality and Statutory H&S Regulations are enforced.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience in a Technical Service Manager role.
• Experience working on prestige hotels, commercial interiors and luxury & super prime residential projects.
• HNC in Engineering is highly desirable.
• Electrical qualifications.
