Overview

Senior Technical Service Engineer - Fire location remote with occasional expensed visits to main site. Permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Responding to technical enquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding performance of systems.
• Produce timely and accurate technical support for internal teams / stakeholders on passive fire protection cavity barriers and firestops.
• Engage with project management teams to address technical queries and provide solutions aligned with project requirements and product specifications.
• Analyse technical specifications / drawings / plans to advise product selection and relevant standards.
• Record technical enquires and responses on an in-house CRM system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations and integrate this into day-to-day responsibilities.

Requirements

• Experience working within the passive fire protection market, in a technical role.
• Technical report writing / document writing experience.
• Construction background.
• Strong communication ability.
• Excellent analytical ability.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Strong IT ability (Excel, Office, etc).
