About our Team
The Global Technology team has an exciting pipeline of global solutions planned. Our requirement is for an experienced and agile-savvy Senior Technical Project Manager to lead a multi-functional team across the design, build, test and implementation of these business operations and revenue generating projects.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong focus on outcomes, with the ability to prioritise and deliver key initiatives effectively. They will lead and manage multiple high-priority and complex projects from planning through to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders across departments to align goals and expectations and assuring by-design-compliance in partnership with Privacy, Security and Legal.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans.
Facilitate communication and problem-solving across cross-functional teams.
Proactively identify and address risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure project success.
Support continuous improvement by sharing best practices and lessons learned.
Participate in communicating impacts regarding capacity and demand.
Identifying and making recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures
Manage all phases of the project through the Product Development process.
Define key performance parameters and create regular variance reports to track progress.
Negotiate with Engineering Resource Managers for project resources.
Experience:
Extensive years of IT Project and/or Programme Management experience.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate team workflows in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) required.
Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders to resolve challenges and minimise project risks.
Demonstrated success in managing projects—planning accurately, meeting milestones, managing resources, and communicating progress.
Comfortable managing multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
Experience delivering projects of varying sizes and timelines.
Collaborative mindset with experience working across IT or cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, respectful approach to teamwork.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Skilled in time management, project planning, and change management across departments.
Experience leading teams through complex problem-solving and decision-making processes.
Ability to translate technical or complex issues into clear, actionable solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences, including senior leadership and clients.
