Job summary

Tilo Consulting is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for a contract role in Edinburgh with hybrid working. The role focuses on delivering complex projects in Agile environments, coordinating architects, engineers, and business analysts, and ensuring governance and reporting standards are met.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of experience, strong client services background, and proficiency with risk and stakeholder management.

Day rate - £550 - £600 Inside IR35

We are working with a leading organisation in Edinburgh who are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join at a time of transformation and change. Full client details will be disclosed on a call.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years' experience delivering projects in Agile environments.
• Strong client services background with experience managing complex enterprise or public sector clients.
• Experience leading concurrent cross-functional technical teams and working closely with architects, engineers, and business analysts.
• Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery governance skills.
• Commercially aware with experience managing scope, budgets, and project reporting.

Desirable

• Experience delivering Microsoft, Azure, Security, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira Agile tooling.
