Job summary

Airswift in London is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead delivery of complex technology projects supporting major digital transformation initiatives. This is a day-rate contract inside IR35 with London onsite work at 3 days per week.

You will own end-to-end delivery, develop integrated plans, manage governance and budgets, oversee risk and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, and provide executive-level reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large IT and digital transformation projects.
• Strong governance, budgeting and financial control.
• Proven ability to manage risk and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches.
• Proficiency with project delivery tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to transition and closure.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Manage project governance, reporting, change control and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee project financials including forecasting, budget management and variance analysis.
• Drive effective risk, issue and dependency management across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate internal teams, third-party suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Support business readiness, service transition, user adoption and benefits realisation.
• Provide clear executive-level reporting and delivery assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Nice-to-Have:
