About the Role

Menlos Engineering team is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to support and enable our UK engineering. The role’s responsibilities include coordinating and planning priorities and cross‑team dependencies both within our engineering teams and across the organization with our stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, improve program processes, and manage dependencies across teams. You’ll be expected to think strategically while executing tactically, balancing technical depth with strong organizational and communication skills. Success in this role requires the ability to support multiple projects in parallel, make quick and efficient prioritization decisions regularly, and demonstrate judgement on when to escape risks.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Engineering Leaders and Product Managers to build the roadmap and work with internal teams to communicate, manage, and deliver commits.
  • Drive prioritization of multiple software engineering teams working together to run and improve our products and services.
  • Work with engineering leads to define technical milestones, assess risks, and make informed trade‑offs in scope, schedule, and resources.
  • Manage communications for internal stakeholders, provide forecasting and scalability requirements, and report on status to drive alignment and visibility across teams.
  • Own the agile processes for the team and work with Engineering Leaders to improve it.
  • Serve as a leader and key contributor within the TPM team, providing guidance to other TPMs and contributing to a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engineering delivery processes, tools, and workflows and lead efforts to implement best practices.
  • Develop a strong relationship with your Engineering and PM partners, becoming a trusted advisor and key component of driving success for their teams and products.
  • Coordinate and document cross‑team dependencies and create plans to manage them.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in a technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5‑8 years experience as supporting technical teams in a program management or project management role.
  • Experience building SaaS services and supporting high‑performing engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Deep familiarity with contemporary software development methodologies, tools, and best practices associated with building and deploying services.
  • Strong technical understanding of software development practices, SDLC, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and lead teams through change and complexity.
