Job description

TGI Sport builds technology that sits inside live sport, delivering virtual advertising and media solutions for some of the biggest sporting organisations in the world.

We're building a new Programme Management Office (PMO) to bring greater structure, visibility and consistency to how we deliver technology across our global engineering teams.

This is an opportunity to join at an early stage, take ownership of complex technical programmes and have a genuine influence over how we work. You'll be joining a business with ambitious plans, talented engineers and plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

Your Mission

Your focus will be turning our technology roadmap into clear requirements and achievable delivery plans, bringing together Product and Engineering teams to ensure priorities are understood, dependencies are managed and progress is visible.

You'll work across our international engineering organisation, taking ownership of key technology programmes while helping establish the processes and ways of working that will support our continued growth. You'll have the autonomy to shape how your programmes are delivered, with opportunities to take on broader responsibilities as the function develops.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Own the delivery of technical programmes across multiple engineering teams, ensuring clear plans, milestones, responsibilities and priorities.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering leaders to translate roadmaps into clear requirements and structured, achievable delivery plans.
  • Establish practical, repeatable ways of working across your programmes, bringing consistency to planning, prioritisation and reporting.
  • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks and issues, maintaining clear visibility of delivery risk and addressing potential challenges before they become problems.
  • Build a clear picture of programme progress, team capacity and delivery timelines, providing accurate, meaningful updates to senior leadership.
  • Introduce an effective work intake process for managing incoming requests, balancing priorities and protecting engineering teams from unplanned work and unnecessary disruption.
  • Define and track meaningful delivery metrics, such as cycle time, throughput and predictability, to give leadership an objective view of delivery health.
  • Help establish a consistent approach to delivery tooling, tracking and reporting as we develop our technology operating model.
  • Coordinate release planning and production readiness across teams, ensuring changes to live systems are well planned, tested and supported ahead of major sporting events.
  • Build strong relationships across engineering teams, bringing people together, challenging constructively and driving accountability, while acting as a role model for programme management practice as the PMO grows.
