The Prime Video Payments team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to deliver superior payment experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide. You will lead strategic payment integration programs for Prime Video. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with engineering and product stakeholders across Prime Video and partner teams to launch payment features for Prime Video customers.

We are looking for a delivery-oriented, resourceful, customer-focused, and team-oriented individual who can also work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. The candidate will have a proven track record in taking end-to-end ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
• Experience developing and delivering product and technical roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management
• Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
