Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) Opus is a Global Customer Relationship Management platform enabling our Travel Representatives to serve Centurion and Platinum Card Members.

How will you make an impact in this role?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to build on our history of innovation and delivery, as we expand our team and advance our digital-first TLS within the GEN AI space.

Our platforms utilize a modern, broad technical stack with microservices developed using Java, Python, and GEN AI capabilities. As a TPM, you will manage projects using Agile methodologies, oversee change management, conduct business analysis, manage stakeholders, and engage third parties to deliver high-quality features to our servicing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and clarify project objectives, scope, and deliverables for Agile teams.
  2. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, velocity tracking, PI‑planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.
  3. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including business leaders, AI teams, and external vendors, on project progress and issues.
  4. Lead and manage funding requirements, ensuring necessary resources and support.
  5. Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues impacting the project.
  6. Ensure project compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  7. Collaborate with AI specialists, data scientists, and engineers for accurate AI model development and deployment.
  8. Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and identify improvements.
  9. Continuously monitor project performance and impact on business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Extensive experience (15+ years) managing software development projects in Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
  • SAFe certifications or equivalent.
  • Experience managing multiple teams via Scrum/Kanban boards (Jira, Rally), PI‑planning with SAFe.
  • Understanding of AI systems, data analytics, Prompt‑engineering, Vector Databases, Knowledge graph, LangChain, Responsible AI practices.
