About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Professional Leader - Structural responsible for leading engineering deliverables, analysis, design, and review activities within the assigned scope. The role involves liaising with clients and third-party contractors, coordinating with global teams, and ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Perform engineering analyses for operational, non-operational, and accidental phases, including seismic, loadout, transportation, lifting, floatover, blast, fire, dropped object, and ship impact scenarios.
- Design primary, secondary, and tertiary steel structures.
- Contribute to structural 3D modeling, drawings, and compile design basis, specifications, and reports.
- Review vendor structural data and analyses, providing technical guidance and resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams globally to meet project timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
- Degree in Structural Engineering Design.
- Experience in conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering of offshore platforms and FPSOs, with strong technical and practical skills.
- Proficiency in SESAM GENIE and SESAM software suite.
- Desirable: experience with ABAQUS and USFOS for non-linear FEA.
- Deep knowledge of offshore design codes such as ISO 19901, EN 19902, DNV, and NORSOK.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, work independently, and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Office-based work capability.
