Job summary

Novus Recruitment is seeking a Technical Manager for a leading UK food manufacturer. You will shape the technical agenda, drive food safety and quality improvements, and build a high-performing team across the site.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will own the Quality Management System, host BRC and retailer audits, and champion continuous improvement in safety, quality and process across the operation.
