Senior Technical Manager

The Company

This Senior Technical Manager role is with one of the leading residential developers/main contractors in London and the Southeast. They are known for the sustainability of their projects and have been involved with numerous award-winning schemes.

They currently have a major £240m new build affordable housing scheme consisting of three blocks in East London, which is due to commence shortly. You will be leading this project.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Manager or senior-level architect with the following:

• Experience working for a residential developer, main contractor, or architect.
• Experience in mid-high rise RC Frame residential developments.
• Management of design consultants to ensure all information is delivered within the development programme and budget.
• Management of design consultants to ensure the design meets high standards.
• Good knowledge of relevant building regulations and planning requirements.
• Mentoring and managing the design team.

This is an office-based role with the Head Office located in North East London.
