About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will design, implement, and maintain integrations between Cezanne HR and various external platforms, with a focus on AWS cloud infrastructure and .NET development.

What you'll do

• Design and develop robust API integrations between Cezanne HR and third-party platforms
• Create and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code principles
• Architect and implement scalable integration solutions using .NET Core/Framework
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues across multiple systems and environments
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the organisation

Skills and experience valued in the role

• 5+ years of experience in technical integration and software development
• Strong expertise in AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS)
• Experience with API development and integration (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts

Nice to have

• Knowledge of messaging systems and event-driven architectures Proficiency in .NET development (C#)
• Experience with serverless application development
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
