Senior Technical Designer (Revit Architect) - Commercial D&B

We’re working with a well-established Design & Build studio in West London that’s offering an exciting opportunity for a technically strong architect, ideally from an AJ100 background to transition into a more dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role offers the chance to work closely with interior designers and project teams across all stages, with a particular focus on later technical phases. You’ll play a key role in shaping the design and delivery of high-quality commercial spaces, using your Revit expertise and passion for detail across multiple projects at any one time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and refinement of Revit workflows within the studio
• Collaborate with interior designers during early concept development
• Lead on technical detailing and coordination, especially in RIBA Stages 3-5
• Conduct regular site visits and liaise with contractors and consultants
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project
• Maintain a hands-on approach across all design stages

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years’ experience in practice, ideally with an AJ100 name
• Portfolio showcasing a range of commercial retrofit projects
• Highly proficient in Revit, with a strong technical and delivery focus
• Knowledge of BIM processes is advantageous but not essential
• A passion for detail, buildability, and problem-solving
• Confident and professional in client-facing roles
• Collaborative, clear communicator with a proactive mindset
