Main purpose of the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join our Technical Team in the South Midlands region, based at our Northampton regional office and overseeing sites in the South East (Essex and North Kent). This is a full-time, permanent role.
The main purpose of this role is to coordinate all design information between external consultants and internal departments, ensuring timely approvals and the issuance of high-quality, accurate information to other departments.
The duties span from site feasibility through development, completion, and handover to relevant authorities/discharge of obligations. The postholder will produce accurate reports, check the adequacy and accuracy of information, collate design info for procurement tenders, resolve construction issues, and provide live site support.

Skills, knowledge & experience
Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator who embodies Keepmoat values, is a skilled communicator, creative, and experienced in problem-solving within technical teams. They should be passionate about construction and development, with strong industry experience. The candidate should be a collaborative leader, capable of building relationships, working cross-functionally, inspiring teams, and motivating others.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction/development, with up-to-date knowledge of building legislation. Sound understanding of architectural and engineering functions, and preferably some experience with Partnership agreements. Site visits will be required, and flexibility to work across the region is necessary. A company car or allowance is provided.
Education & qualifications
