This is great opportunity for an experienced Technical Coordinator or a Senior Coordinator to join a leading residential developer in West London to work on the delivery of a large regeneration scheme consisting of 1500 units.

You will join an established technical team on site taking ownership of a new block which has just received planning and going stage 3 design and be responsible for all packages. The block will deliver circa 50 units and is 6 storeys high.

This is the newest phase of the development which is set complete in 2030 and offers a great opportunity to take full ownership of a new block from an early stage on a as well as long term security.

Requirements for the Senior Technical Coordinator role

• Experience working in a Design Management/ Technical role with a main contractor or developer
• Ideally and architectural or engineering background
• Experience working on residential projects
