About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Coordinator to join our client’s established residential development team in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to high-quality housing projects, working alongside a talented team of architects, engineers, and planners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate technical aspects of residential developments from planning to completion.
2. Liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
3. Review technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
4. Ensure compliance with building regulations and planning requirements.
5. Support the resolution of technical and construction-related challenges.
6. Work closely with the site team to ensure efficient project execution.
7. Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in residential development or architectural housebuilding sector.
2. Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
3. Proficiency in reviewing architectural and engineering drawings.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Relevant qualification in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering (HNC/HND/Degree preferred).
