We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join our Technical Team in our South Midlands region, based from our regional office in Northampton and overseeing our sites in the South East of the region (Essex and North Kent). This role is on a full-time, permanent basis.

The main purpose of the Senior Technical Coordinator role is to coordinate all design information between external consultants and internal departments, ensuring that all approvals are obtained in a timely manner and that high-quality and correct information is issued to other departments.

Duties extend from site feasibility stage throughout the sites' development to completion and handover to relevant authorities/discharge of obligations. The postholder will produce accurate and timely reports for the business, check the adequacy, accuracy, and commercial suitability of information flowing through the department, collate design information for procurement tenders, resolve construction issues, and provide live site support.

Skills, knowledge & experience

We seek an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator embodying Keepmoat values: a straightforward, skilled communicator, creative, and experienced in problem-solving within technical teams. Passionate about construction/development, with strong industry experience. An established collaborative leader capable of building strong relationships, working cross-functionally, inspiring, motivating, and developing team members.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction/development industry, with up-to-date knowledge of building legislation. Sound knowledge of architectural and engineering functions, and ideally some experience with Partnership agreements. Site visits across the region will be required, and flexibility to work accordingly. A company car or car allowance will be provided.

Education & qualifications
