Job summary

Solotech, a global leader in live productions, seeks a Technical Coordination Manager to provide senior oversight of equipment logistics, transfers, and subrentals. You will mentor coordinators and drive process improvements across regional and global operations.

The role requires strong AV knowledge, leadership, and extensive planning to ensure projects meet timelines and business objectives. Flexibility for unsociable hours and UK travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Broad technical knowledge across sound, lighting, video and rigging.
• Strong experience in the rental and events industry.
• Proficient with MS Office and project systems.
• Experience using R2 for inventory and reservations.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Technical Coordination team day-to-day output.
• Plan and execute equipment logistics for transfers and subrentals.
• Analyse inventory data to inform decisions and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with account reps, PMs and directors on equipment availability.
• Drive process improvements and escalation resolution for issues.
• Ensure on-time reservations, transfers and returns across regions.
