Job summary

La Fosse Academy is seeking a Senior Technical Coach to deliver engaging training, coach associates on practical projects and help them build the skills for client placements. You will work with the Head of Training to develop curriculum content, assess progress and tailor delivery for diverse learners.

This role requires a practical teaching approach, strong communication and a commitment to helping Associates grow their careers through collaboration with the Academy team and client-facing

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in a technical or training/coaching role.
• Strong ability to connect technical concepts to practical workplace applications.
• Experience delivering training, coaching or mentoring with a focus on developing others.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clear written feedback.
• Strong organisational skills to balance delivery, preparation, assessment and learner support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training, workshops and coaching sessions across Academy programmes.
• Create and improve curriculum content, assessments and learning resources.
• Assess assignments and provide constructive feedback to support development.
• Monitor progress and provide targeted coaching where needed.
• Maintain accurate records of learning progress and keep the team informed.
