Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: £55-60k DOE, company car, car allowance or travel allowance

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Technical Co-ordinator has arisen with a leading residential developer who are known for building vibrant communities.

As the Senior Technical Co-ordinator, you will take ownership of the complete design process, including the management of consultants, liaison with relevant local authorities and client/housing associations.

Senior Technical Coordinator - Experience

1. BTEC HND/HNC in Design, Construction or Civil Engineering
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience working within a technical coordination role within a residential house builder
3. Solid experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Outlook, Excel & Word
4. Commercially aware
5. Able to make decisions within authority
6. Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

Responsibilities

1. Overseeing the project from the start of planning right through to completion
2. Setting up and monitoring of Design Team Programmes
3. Ensure design complies with standards
4. Promote design that respects budgetary restraints
5. To technically design and manage the scheme
6. Directly manage Technical Coordinators, Technical Administrators and Document Controllers
7. Appoint and manage consultants
