Job Description

Our client, a leading global investment manager, are growing their European operation. As a result, they are looking for a deeply experienced, highly analytical and tech savvy business analyst to join their sales and servicing technology team.

You will be working alongside a dynamic group, who are focussed on building innovative sales and marketing tools, and will play a pivotal role in designing new solutions for business stakeholders.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have worked in the investment management industry, particularly within sales distribution, client service and marketing. You should also have worked previously with Salesforce specifically.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the SME in CRM, BI Reporting and other Sales and Marketing tools and business processes.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to gather user requirements, and identify areas for improvement and innovation, whilst understanding the impact to current Salesforce platform.
  • Validating solutions through UAT – prepare test plans, develop scripts and conduct testing.
  • Supporting production issues.
  • Analysing data to help identify patterns, support data quality and aid business cases.
  • Driving end-to-end documentation and stakeholder alignment across delivery cycles.
  • Providing day to day support to sales, marketing and client service teams in their use of internal tools and platforms.

Key requirements:

  • Deep business analysis skills and experience.
  • Previous experience working in the asset management industry, especially within distribution, marketing, and client service.
  • Strong CRM background with specific practical experience working with Salesforce.
  • Ability to structure SQL queries, understand stored procedures and an understanding of RDB models (SQL Server).
  • Previous experience working with BI reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
