Job Description:

We have partnered with a global digital & technology consultancy, specializing in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, seeking a Managing Consultant - Technical Business Analyst. The role involves acting as a key link between business and technology teams, managing other Business Analysts, and translating business objectives into technical features using your expertise in software architecture and backend frameworks.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel to London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.

Salary: £88,000 + £8,000 bonus and other benefits.

Must Have Requirements & Experience:

• Must be eligible for or already possess SC Clearance
• Proven experience managing a team of Business Analysts
• Experience in technical design and development of technology products
• Experience with technical architecture and technical writing
• Experience with data analysis, modelling, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery from research to release
• Experience building and prioritizing agile backlogs
• Experience collaborating with technical teams such as Architects, Data Engineers, Developers
• Ability to learn delivery methodologies like Scrum, SAFE, Waterfall
• Experience with presales, RFPs, demos, and bids

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience across sectors like Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Retail
• Experience supporting internal team operations, recruitment, client development, training, mentoring
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, User-Centered Design
