Job Description:

We have partnered with a global, leading digital & technology consultancy, specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation, and NextGen AI Solutions. They are seeking a Managing Consultant - Technical Business Analyst to act as a critical link between business and technology teams, while managing other Business Analysts. You will leverage your expertise in software architecture and backend frameworks to translate business objectives into technical features that meet client goals and user needs.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel to London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.

Salary: £88,000 plus a £8,000 bonus and other benefits.

Must Have Requirements & Experience:

• Must be eligible for or already possess SC Clearance
• Proven experience managing a team of Business Analysts
• Experience in technical design and development of technology-based products
• Experience with technical architecture and technical writing
• Experience in data analysis, modelling, and visualisation tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI), with willingness to learn database schemas and data manipulation techniques
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery from research and design to development, testing, and deployment
• Experience building, refining, and prioritising agile backlogs for technical requirements
• Proven collaboration with Architects, Data Engineers/Analysts, Technical Designers, and Developers
• Ability to learn different delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFE, and Waterfall
• Experience with presales and business development activities, including RFPs, demos, and bids

Preferred Additional Experience:

• Experience across sectors like Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Retail
• Supporting internal team operations through recruitment, client development, line management, training, and mentoring
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, User-Centred Design, etc.
