Job Description:

We have partnered with a global, leading digital & technology consultancy, specializing in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions. They are seeking a Managing Consultant - Technical Business Analyst to act as a critical link between business and technology teams, while managing other Business Analysts. You will leverage your expertise in software architecture and backend frameworks to translate business objectives into technical features that meet client goals and user needs.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel to London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.

Salary: £88,000 + £8,000 bonus and other benefits.

Must Have Requirements & Experience:

• Must be eligible for or already possess SC Clearance
• Experience managing a team of Business Analysts
• Experience in technical design and development of technology-based products
• Experience working with technical architecture and technical writing
• Experience in data analysis, modelling, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI), with willingness to learn database schemas and data manipulation
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery from research to release
• Experience building and prioritizing agile backlogs for technical requirements
• Proven collaboration with Architects, Data Engineers/Analysts, Technical Designers, Developers
• Ability to learn delivery methodologies like Scrum, SAFE, Waterfall
• Experience with presales, demos, presentations, and bids

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience across sectors like Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Retail
• Supporting internal team operations, recruitment, client development, training, mentoring
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, User-Centered Design
