Job summary

Visa Hunt in London is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Delivery Manager for a 12+ month contract in media and broadcast. Hybrid role with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

You will lead delivery, gather requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders and engineering teams to drive agile delivery and transformation. The ideal candidate has 10+ years IT experience and 5+ years in BA/Delivery/PO roles within media, OTT, or digital asset environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and requirements management.
• Proficient in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Support business process transformation initiatives.
• Prepare project status reports and executive updates.
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
