Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is hiring a Technical Architect at Senior Manager level to lead architecture engagements and drive technology strategy. The role requires hands-on governance of HLDs/LLDs, coordinating multiple development teams and managing senior stakeholders in a public-sector context.

Location is London with a hybrid model (London/Remote). The candidate will guide architecture governance, provide technical advice, and mentor team members while contributing to business transformation

Qualifications

• Senior Manager level with at least 5+ years leading architecture engagements.
• 3+ years as Technical Design Authority.
• IT consulting experience or system integrator background in public sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Shaping and delivering value through technology advisory and guiding transformational delivery engagements.
• Lead stakeholder alignment at senior levels to shape technology direction.
• Lead in development and presentation of client proposals with cross-team collaboration.
• Develop collateral to support Technology Consulting go-to-market propositions.
• Foster account farming by supporting opportunity identification and qualification.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Develop and refine frameworks to support business transformation proposals and deliverables.
