Qualifications

• Enterprise architecture governance experience to enforce standards and manage technical debt.
• Ability to design scalable, secure systems and apply Secure by Design principles.
• Translate strategy into concrete technical blueprints and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Navigate complex integration and trade-offs for large enterprise systems.
• Proven track record of technical mentorship and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Technical Vision and define how strategic changes align with enterprise architecture.
• Lead Technical Governance and implement architectural standards across projects.
• Mentor engineering and architecture teams on complex design decisions.
• Identify and articulate technical debt and architectural risks early in investments.
• Ensure High-Level Designs are scalable, secure, and fit within CCS ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Business Architecture to translate goals into robust blueprints.
• Review supplier capabilities and integration methods for market solutions.
• Lead creation of clear architectural documentation for senior leadership.
