Senior Technical Analyst - London - Hybrid

Application Lead London | Hybrid (2+ Days in Office) £55,000-£65,000 per annum. A well-established UK non-profit is looking for an Application Lead to take ownership of the design, integration, and development of systems across the Microsoft stack. This is a hands-on role at the heart of their digital transformation - perfect for someone passionate about using technology to create positive, real-world impact.

As the Application & Integration Lead, you'll drive the design, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of the organisation's application landscape. You'll work across teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions - owning everything from design to documentation and rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all application and integration projects from concept to completion

• Automate manual workflows using SQL and (eventually) Power Platform

• Maintain structured data and oversee application interfaces

• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes

• Keep documentation clear, current, and accessible

• Introduce new tools and technologies that improve business processes

• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and promote best practices

Key Experience required:

• Solid experience in application development and system integration

• Expertise in Azure Integration Services and SQL

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and API management

• Great stakeholder management and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and cross-functional teams

• Background delivering projects on time, on spec, and within budget
