Job summary

Primo Marine Group is seeking an experienced offshore engineer to provide strategic, non-technical guidance on our cable and pipeline projects, drawing on 7+ years of offshore installation experience to drive innovation and optimize client outcomes.

You will analyse complex problems with your engineering background, collaborate with cross-functional teams both remotely and at client sites, and take initiative to keep projects on track while prioritising safety and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant offshore cable/pipeline installation experience.
• Engineering-level education or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• You have 7+ years of relevant experience in the offshore cable / pipeline installation sector.
• Your academic engineering-level education (or similar qualification)ensures you are the go-to person in your field of expertise; always ahead of the game and constantly on the lookout for more knowledge. A big plus if you love to indulge yourself in sustainability topics.
• Your communication skills? We value them highly. From making a difference in owner's strategies to negotiations with authorities, you know how to get your point across and communicate openly. And of course, you can also isolate yourself, put on your headphones, and dive into a challenge.
• You like taking initiative and keep your eyes on the prize in order to achieve great results,taking every angle of the projectinto consideration.
