A leading Green Energy group is looking for a Senior Technical Accounting Manager to join their finance team in central London. The ideal candidate will have Big Four or Top Ten audit experience and a strong background in delivering Audit or Accounting Advisory services, especially for US-listed companies in the Energy sector. Responsibilities include leading the group consolidation process, overseeing audits, managing junior team members, and preparing management reports. Qualifications

• Experience delivering Audit or Accounting Advisory services to US-listed FPIs or businesses in the Energy/Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial controls.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group consolidation process, reviewing accounting entries.
• Oversee audit processes and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare quarterly management reports with insights for leadership.
• Research technical accounting matters for non-routine transactions.
