Job summary

Tact is a fast-growing AI cybersecurity startup offering strategic, hands-on roles in a fully remote environment for UK-based professionals. You will be the main technical point of contact for customers across EMEA, managing relationships and owning the customer journey end-to-end.

The role requires SOC/SIEM experience, the ability to read and edit Python, and a proactive approach to live troubleshooting and API integrations, all within a flexible, remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience and ability to lead calls, own accounts, and run QBRs.
• SOC/SIEM experience showing understanding of security operations and event analysis.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to shape processes and scale across EMEA.
• Hands-on technically capable: read/edit Python and troubleshoot live.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration tools to connect customer systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the main technical contact for EMEA customers and manage day-to-day relationships.
• Own the customer journey from onboarding to value realization.
• Shape and scale functions across the EMEA region in collaboration with internal teams.
• Understand and optimize the full customer journey to drive success.
