What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across Tech Sales & GTM roles (Account Executives, Sales Leaders, Customer Success, RevOps, and more)
  • Driving new business development and growing existing client partnerships
  • Collaborating with a high-performing, supportive, and ambitious team
  • Staying on top of industry trends and the fast-evolving tech ecosystem

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant (Tech Sales / GTM markets preferred)
  • Strong billing track record with a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven track record of winning new business
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative
  • Passionate about the fast-paced world of technology and sales talent
