Anson McCade in Belfast is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to own end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across the UK and Ireland. You will win new clients, build recruitment strategies, and lead senior-level headhunting to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• You’ll be degree educated or have built success in a telephone-based or field-based sales role.
• Idealistically have 18+ months of previous recruitment experience in an agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Winning new clients as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients
• Working with clients to build recruitment strategies to help grow their businesses
• Senior-level headhunting to find the best candidates
• Using creative flair to write engaging adverts and attract candidates
• Screening applications and matching the right candidates to the right vacancies
• Researching and mapping the market as well as keeping up to date with industry trends
