The Role
At Simply.TV, we know that great people build great products — and we're growing fast. As our Senior Tech Recruiter, you'll take full ownership of scaling our Engineering and Product teams across Europe and beyond. You won't just fill roles — you'll shape the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and closing top-tier tech talent in a highly competitive landscape.
You'll act as a partner to hiring managers and leadership, bringing deep recruitment expertise, a sharp eye for talent, and a relentless drive to deliver results. From refining our hiring processes and implementing a new ATS, to building diverse talent pipelines and elevating our employer brand, you'll be a key player in the engine that powers Simply.TV's growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys high autonomy, and wants to make a visible, lasting impact across the company.
Responsibilities
- Proactively drive our global Tech & Product recruitment efforts
- Establish high search criteria with Simply.TVs hiring managers
- Ensure high quality job descriptions that attract the right talent
- Headhunt star candidates and convert them to rapid speed
- Implement a new ATS and automate the process as much as possible
- Build warm talent pools we can draw talent from
- Seamlessly run end-to-end hiring processes
- Upskill hiring managers in their hiring ability
Requirements
- Relevant university degree in i.e. Business, HR, Data
- 6+ years experience in recruiting high performing Engineering and Product talent in Europe
- Has previously implemented a new recruitment system and process
- Loves working in a fast-paced and remote-first work environment
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills
- Have exceptional written & spoken English skills
- Is hands-on and with a strong drive to succeed
