Job summary

Greggs in Southampton is seeking a Senior Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service and keep the shop clean while preparing our beloved products. You will support the Shop Manager and Supervisors, including duties as a key holder at parts of the day, to ensure smooth operations.

Shifts are discussed at interview, with 16-25 contracted hours. The role offers staff benefits and the opportunity to work across multiple channels, including in-store, delivery, and Click+Collect.

As a Senior Team Member,you’llprovide fast and friendly service to our customers, make sure the shop is clean and tidy, and prepare our much-loved products. You will also support the Shop Manager and Supervisors, for example by being a key holder with responsibility for looking after the shop at certain times of the day.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'llplay a key part in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

Some supervisory experience always comes in handy although it's not essential as we will support you with the training that you'll need to do a great job.
