Are you an experienced EA with circa 5 years experience? If so, this role is working at a highly successful and fast-paced Private Equity firm with its HQ in Central London. This is your opportunity to join a market leader that’s shaping the future, not just within London, but globally.

You will be joining a high achieving team and be part of a wider team of supportive and highly collaborative EAs who genuinely look out for each other. You will be supporting one principal and up to three MDs. This is a highly changing environment so you will need to be a diary Ninja and be able to initiate changes and stay one step ahead (when you can!). As EA to this senior team you will need to be highly organised, proactive and have excellent communication skills. This is a driven and unified team where your contributions will truly matter and it is a fantastic role for an EA with a real desire to give the best support to their team.

You must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant ideally within the investment sector, but fast paced, corporate experience and longevity are key for this role.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  1. Extensive calendar management for Principal and two senior members of the team
  2. Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls - high volume and across multiple time zones
  3. Organising international travel arrangements, international and domestic flights, accommodation
  4. Providing adhoc support for the wider team as expected within a collaborative working environment
  5. Managing events/offsites for the team globally

This is a hugely exciting role where opportunities within the organisation are limitless for you and you will be supported and valued. The EAs are long term serving so there is very minimal turnover and so it is a golden opportunity for someone with great energy, commitment and drive who loves being an EA.

If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love a challenge, and are passionate about providing exceptional support, we’d love to hear from you!
