We are currently working with a fast expanding legal firm based in Rochdale, specialising in Commercial Law, focusing on Business-to-Business within the Legal Industry. They are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Team Administrator to join their team.
The role is fully office-based with great progression prospects. It offers an opportunity to work in a varied role and become a key member of the team, which includes responsibilities in Finance, HR, Marketing, Procurement, and General Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls and greet visitors professionally and courteously
- Manage diaries, book and rearrange meetings and events, and make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Maintain the office environment, promoting efficiency, security, and confidentiality
- Order office supplies and goods
- Assist with projects as directed by the directors
- Oversee onboarding and contract management
- Prepare engagement letters and client care information
- Support client due diligence and KYC checks
- Manage retainer or subscription renewals
- Triaging requests for legal advice
- Support legal team with scheduling, information gathering, correspondence, and file management
- Close case files according to company procedures
- Liaise with legal cashiers regarding office and client ledgers
- Issue invoices, statements, and overdue payment reminders
- Procure new services or negotiate better deals
- Check stock levels and generate orders for stationary and equipment
- Support events and business development initiatives
- Assist with marketing campaigns alongside the Head of Partnerships
- Organise and send starter packs for new recruits
- Support onboarding of new staff, including setting up training
Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office or administrative environment, preferably in legal or professional services
- Strong academic background; a degree in Legal, Business Studies, or related fields is advantageous
- Good communication and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
