Job summary

Powys County Council is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Generic) Level 4 for Abermule CP School in Abermule. The role is part-time with relief hours and a fixed term until 31/08/2027.

Salary is Grade 7, with progression from Point 15 to Point 19 (£31,015 to £33,119 per annum pro rata). The successful candidate will support a qualified teacher, deliver learning activities, assess pupil progress, and contribute to planning and delivering lessons in various classroom settings, under

• Ability to work under the supervision of a qualified teacher and to deliver learning activities.
