Woodfield School is seeking a dedicated H6 Lead Teaching Assistant to join the Physical Needs Pathway (PNP). The role supports pupils with high physical dependency and complex needs, collaborating with teachers and professionals to deliver personalised education.

The successful candidate will lead, mentor other Teaching Assistants, and assist with lesson planning, delivery, and pupil support across the pathway. The role requires flexibility and a proactive, compassionate approach.

• Strong understanding of special educational needs, particularly complex physical and learning needs.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.

• Support planning, preparation and delivery of engaging learning activities.
• Adapt approaches to meet individual pupil needs and provide whole-class cover when required.
• Support and supervise other Teaching Assistants and provide cover for teacher absences.
