Job summary

North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a Teaching Assistant (Level 3) for Humberston Cloverfields Academy to support pupils under the guidance of teaching staff. Qualifications

• NVQ 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience supporting pupils with diverse needs is desirable.
• Ability to assist with lesson planning and resource preparation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils under the guidance of teaching staff and higher level TAs.
• Assist with planning, preparation and resources for lessons.
• Supervise pupils during short-term absence of teachers and during lunch-time activities.
• Maintain pupil records and provide feedback on progress.
• Support school policies, safeguarding, and inclusive practice.
