Responsabilités

• The Senior Teaching Assistant will work with a qualified teacher to help students access a broad curriculum through individualised programmes.
• They will be involved in ongoing curriculum development and planning to deliver memorable learning experiences.
• You will mentor and coach Teaching Assistants new to the role alongside class teachers.
• You will have an interest in developing the Curriculum with a focus on Literacy and Communication and line manage a small group of Teaching Assistants.
